Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of PostSteward, including owner workspaces, connected provider accounts and scoped access granted to AI agents.

Effective date: 19 September 2026 · Contact: community@oneclickpostfactory.com

1. Using PostSteward

You must be authorised to connect every social account, repository or other external service you use with PostSteward. You are responsible for the content you approve, the destinations you select and the authority you grant to an agent.

You must not use PostSteward to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security controls or another person's account access.

2. Agent authority

3. External providers

PostSteward depends on third-party platforms selected by you. Provider APIs, permissions, quotas, pricing, outages and review requirements may change independently. PostSteward does not control whether a provider accepts, displays, removes or limits a post.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each connected provider. Provider fees, if any, are separate from PostSteward fees.

4. Availability, changes and safety controls

The service may be changed, limited, paused or suspended to protect users, external accounts, security, reliability or legal compliance. Features may remain gated until their production acceptance requirements are met. PostSteward may refuse an operation rather than execute with uncertain or insufficient authority.

5. Free and paid features

Direct reviewed publishing may be offered without a service subscription. Paid features, when enabled, may add continuing monitoring, allocation or other Advanced capabilities. The price and billing period shown at checkout control the purchase. Payment by itself never expands publishing authority or starts automation without the required product configuration.

Refund, cancellation and dispute handling may also be subject to the payment processor's controls and applicable consumer law.

6. Your content and service software

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant PostSteward the limited permission needed to store, transmit and process that content to operate the service and carry out the actions you authorise.

PostSteward's software, branding, documentation and service design remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse protected service components except where applicable law permits it.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

PostSteward is provided on an as-available basis. Software and external APIs can fail, time out or return uncertain results. The service is designed to preserve evidence and avoid blind duplicate effects, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or exactly-once behaviour by an external provider.

To the extent permitted by law, PostSteward is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from provider outages, rejected permissions, user-approved content, compromised user credentials or actions performed outside PostSteward.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the service, disconnect providers and revoke agent access. Workspace deletion is available through the owner lifecycle process and is described separately in the public deletion instructions.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
